Concept Design for Upgrade Biosolids Storage - Pollution Study

Licence Condition
The licensee must develop a concept design for an upgrade to the biosolids storage area at the premises. The design should be based on the following principles: (i) groundwater or surface water must not be polluted; and (ii) offensive odours must not be emitted beyond the premises boundary; and (iii) the emission of air-borne particles must be minimised. The licensee must submit a report by 31 October 2016 to the EPA's, Manger, Hunter Region at hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au that contains the following information: (i) the concept design; and (ii) a detailed justification of the concept design; and (iii) a timetable for implementation of the concept design; and (iv) indicative costings for implementation of the concept design.
